The working principle of cassava peeling machine is to use the friction and rotary movement of brush rollers to remove the skin of cassava. Here is a brief description of the process:
Preparation: First, fresh cassava is placed into the inlet of the peeling machine. The cassava is brought into the machine by a conveyor belt or other device.
Brush roll friction: As the cassava enters the machine, the brush rolls begin to rotate. The brush roll usually consists of a number of long, thin stainless steel brushes, the length and stiffness of which are designed to be suitable for removing the skin of the cassava. Removal of the skin: As the cassava moves inside the machine, the friction of the brush roll gradually removes the skin from the cassava. This process may take several rounds until the skin is removed.
Discharge: The peeled cassava is discharged from the machine's discharge opening and can be passed on to the next process by conveyor belt or other means.
