Method of corn syrup manufacturing

1.Use the advanced semi-dry method to mill the corn into suitable mesh corn flour, instead of extract corn starch firstly. 

The most advantage is no pollution during the milling processing. And our patent for invention machine-multifunction crusher can separate the big flakey with root cap, complete corn germ, improve the flour rate and quality.

2.Mixing and Soaking system  

Put corn flour, warm water into the soaking tank, mixing uniformity then put in & starch enzyme, the temperature and time is very important, waiting for the raw material  with enzyme biological response.

3.Spray Liquefied system

Low pressure, twice liquefaction and sprayed is the main feature. Corn powder at high temperature spray in regular time, and transfer to glucose slurry.

4.Deproteinization system

Use plate-and-frame filter press to take out all the protein, use air compressor to increase the pressure for pressing process. The protein will stay inside  the filter machine, the syrup flow into the slot.

5.Saccharification system

Use a heat-exchanger to down the temperature under 60 degrees. Then put glucoamylase , the syrup will transfer to glucose syrup.

6.Decoloration system

After testing all the glucose syrup pumping into the decoloration tanks, put in activated carbon powder , normally have to make twice, and then use filter to take out the activated carbon.

7.Ion exchange system

Inside the column resin will attract all the cation and anion and other impurities, get vey pure glucose syrup.

8.Concentrating system

Triple effect evaporator mainly used to concentrate the glucose density continuously at short time . The density of glucose out from triple effect evaporator is around 55% .If you need high concentration, single effect evaporator will be used to improve to high density 75% or 80% or 84% according to market demand .

9.Final product storage 

The final glucose syrup will be stored in the final product storage tank with heating coil . The constant temperature to make sure it can pump out in anytime.
