How to process cassava into starch

1.Washing. 

We know cassava growing at underground, so there are much sand and impurities on out peel, firstly we should wash to remove the impurities. If we want to get high quality cassava starch, we should peel the outer peel. Kaifeng Sida agricultural products and equipments company can supply the automatic washing machine.

2.Milling. 

We use two types crushers, knife crusher and hammer crusher. Knife crusher cut the cassava into small pieces like finger size, the hammer crusher will mill the small pieces cassava into slurry.

3.Extraction. 

We use the 3 sets vertical centrifugal sieve to extract starch from the slurry.        The vertical design can save the pump and save space.

4.Desander . 

To move the sand or other sundries of the slurry.

5. Concentration. 

We use 18 sets hydro cyclone for the concentration, recover, washing and separation, get stable high quality starch.

6.Vacuum dehydrator. Use vacuum pump to take out the water, make sure the wet starch content water below 38%.    

7.Air-stream crash dryer

This is our national patent for invention machine. Low tower, lower temperature to protect the nature of the starch.
