Rice syrup making process

1.Use the advanced semi-dry method, mill the rice into suitable mesh rice flour.

2.Mixing and Soaking system  

put rice flour, warm water into the soaking tank, get the slurry which density of 28%-32%. Keep maintain temperature for 2-3 hours and then add ＆enzyme.

3.Spray Liquefied system

Low pressure, twice liquefaction and sprayed is the main feature. Low pressure make sure the spray liquefied system smooth, unobstructed, twice sprayed liquefied  more thoroughly, higher conversion rate.

4.Deproteinization system

Use plate-and-frame filter press to take out all the protein, and here we should use air compressor to increase the pressure for pressing process.

5.Saccharification system

Use a heat-exchanger to make the temperature under 60 degrees. Then put glucose enzymes and PH reagent into these tanks. After saccharification reaction, increase the temperature to kill glucose enzymes.

6.Decoloration system

The decoloration main function is to remove the color, this step will be effect to the final product level, after twice decoloration, about 90% of color will be removed. The press machines are used to separate the activated carbon from glucose syrup. 

7.Ion exchange system

Use a heat-exchanger to make the temperature about 40 degrees, the Ion exchange system will remove the various kinds  Ion and color matters inside of glucose syrup to increase the purity . 

8.Concentrating system

Triple effect evaporator mainly used to concentrate the glucose density continuously . The density of glucose out from triple effect evaporator is around 55% . It will need single effect evaporator improve to high density 75% or 80% or 84% according to market demand .

9.Final product storage 

The final glucose syrup will be stored in the final product storage tank.  Final storage tank make sure all the glucose syrup can be store properly, with constant temperature to make sure it can pump out in anytime.
